Set within the heart of the Hacienda de Mita community in Punta Mita, this condo’s décor clearly references its beach location. Driftwood and woven patterns feature heavily throughout while championing comfort and luxury.
On the third floor with stunning, unobstructed views of the beach and ocean, this Punta Mita apartment benefits from a shared pool and jacuzzi as well as access to private beach clubs. A stay in this condo also comes with a premier golf membership and access to the fitness facilities on the resort.

This condo is ideal for family or friend groups which have children in tow. All bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom, but the master and second bedroom have both a tub and a shower. The third bedroom and optional kids/staff bedroom room both have a shower.
Whichever room you stay in, however, you will awaken refreshed and rested. With daily maid service, every night will feel like the first.

The huge, sheltered balcony with its alfresco dining area and comfortable seating is one of the real focal points of this condo. The floor-to-ceiling sliding doors – which are very much a feature of these Punta Mita condos in Hacienda de Mita – allow for a stunning view of the ocean when closed and can be thrown open to merge the interior and exterior spaces.
As well as an interior seating area, a full dining table and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, this condo has excellent media facilities and a beautiful breakfast bar. Know Before You Go
- Located on the third floor
- Strictly no more than 8 guests (including babies). Best suited for a maximum of 6 adults or up to 8 guests when accompanied by children.
- Bedroom 4 is a smaller room with bunk beds and a shower room that was originally intended as staff quarters where you will find the washing machine and dryer for this condo; therefore, it is best suited for accompanying staff or children. It does not have AC.
- Please note that Club Punta Mita membership grants access to areas that are otherwise restricted; fees, rental charges and costs for services and consumption may apply.
